- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 1/2 bags Chocolate Chips
- 3/4 cups Chopped Pecans

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2Beat egg whites until stiff (a mixer with a whisk attachment is perfect for this). Beat in salt, vanilla, and sugar. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans (if you don't like nuts, go ahead and use the whole bag of chocolate chips).

3Drop by teaspoonfuls onto parchment-lined cookie sheets

4Now, TURN THE OVEN OFF!

5Place the cookies in the oven, close it up, and let it cool completely (overnight is best). No peeking! Your patience will be rewarded with perfectly done cookies.
