  • 2 egg whites (room temperature)
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • vanilla to taste (1/2 tsp.)

Directions

    Beat egg whites until foamy.

    Add sugar and salt gradually. Beat until eggs form stiff peaks.

    Fold in nuts and chips. Preheat oven to 350°.

    Place cookies by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Turn oven off.

    Place cookies in oven and leave for 4 hours.
