- 1 c. chocolate chips, dates or peanut butter chips (as desired)
- 1 tsp. vanilla and/or almond
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Beat egg whites until foamy.

3Add sugar and mix well.

4Add rest of ingredients.

5Drop by teaspoon on ungreased foil.

6Place in oven.

7Turn off oven and leave closed overnight.
