- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Allow egg whites to reach room temperature.

3Beat egg whites and add sugar 2 tablespoons at a time until stiff.

4Fold in pecans and chocolate chips.

5Line cookie sheet with foil and drop by teaspoon.

6When ready to put in oven, turn oven off and leave cookies in oven 12 hours or overnight.
