Forgotten Pork Chops

  • 4 large thick pork chops
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water (soup can)
  • 2 cup minute rice, uncooked
  • 1 packages dried onion soup mix
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 F

    Combine cream soups, water, and rice in large mixing bowl.

    Stir to combine

    Place rice mixture in a 9x13 BUTTERED pan.

    Place pork chops on top of mixture.
  6. 6
    Sprinkle the dried onion soup mix over pork chops.

    Cover with tin foil and cook until done, about 60-90 minutes.

    You can cook this low and slow at 250/275F for about 3 hrs if you wish.
