  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 pkg. Mahatma yellow rice mix

Directions

    Cook rice according to directions.

    Add oleo and set aside. Mix corn and soup; add rice.

    Pour into a buttered casserole. Cover with cheese and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
