Ingredients

  • 1 large can red kidney beans
  • 1 large can green lima beans
  • 1 large can French-style green beans
  • 1 large can yellow wax beans
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 green sweet pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 1/4 c. vinegar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil

Directions

    Cook vinegar, sugar, oil and salt until it boils.

    Cool. Drain beans.

    (Rinse kidney beans.)

    Pour oil mixture over beans and chopped vegetables.

    Let set overnight.
