  • 1/2 lb. smoked sausage, bite size
  • 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans S&W ready-cut salsa
  • 1 (15 oz.) can S&W pinquitos (undrained)
  • 1 (15 oz.) can S&W black beans (undrained)
  • 1 (15 oz.) can S&W white beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can S&W kidney beans (undrained)
  • cilantro, chopped shredded
  • Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese (optional garnish)

Directions

    Saut sausage 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Drain excess fat. Add tomatoes, beans and cilantro; mix well. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with cheese, if desired. Serves 6.
