  • 1 lb. medium Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. Bleu cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

    Cream Bleu and cream cheeses together.

    Shred Jack and Cheddar. Add with 1 ounce of dry white wine and a few drops of sauce (or Tabasco sauce if you like it; I don't).

    Blend well.

    Make into ball and roll in chopped nuts.

    Refrigerate.
