Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (reserve juice)
- 1 can mandarin oranges (reserve juice)
- 3 unpeeled apples, chopped
- 2 or 3 sliced bananas
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. orange juice
Directions

1Combine reserved juices and measure 3/4 cup.

2Set aside.

3Mix cornstarch, sugar and orange juice and the reserved fruit juices. Stir on stove in pan until thick.

4Cool.

5Add all the fruit and mix well.

6Pour into covered dish and refrigerate several hours. Best left overnight.
