  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/2 tsp. honey (optional)
  • 1/2 c. corn flour (finely ground cornmeal)
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 c. unbleached flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. rolled oats

Directions

    Place millet in a small bowl.

    Cover with 3/4 cup hot tap water. Set aside until millet softens and absorbs water, about 15 minutes.
