- 1/2 c. corn flour (finely ground cornmeal)
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 c. unbleached flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. rolled oats
Directions

1Place millet in a small bowl.

2Cover with 3/4 cup hot tap water. Set aside until millet softens and absorbs water, about 15 minutes.
