- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 yeast cakes
- 1 c. flour
- 1/3 melted shortening
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Scald and cool milk, add sugar and moistened yeast cakes.

2Add 1 cup flour and beat well.

3Add melted shortening, beaten eggs and salt.

4Add 2 1/2 cups flour and beat well for a few minutes.

5Let rise to double in size and make into rolls.

6Put in refrigerator for future use.
