Four-Layer Chocolate Pie

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 large (12 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. chocolate pudding (cook and serve kind)
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix the melted oleo, flour and nuts together.

    Press firmly into a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.

    Bake at 350° until lightly browned, then cool completely.

    Mix chocolate pudding with milk; cook until thickened.

    Let cool completely.

    Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of the Cool Whip.
