- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 large (12 oz.) Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. chocolate pudding (cook and serve kind)
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Mix the melted oleo, flour and nuts together.

2Press firmly into a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.

3Bake at 350° until lightly browned, then cool completely.

4Mix chocolate pudding with milk; cook until thickened.

5Let cool completely.

6Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of the Cool Whip.
