- 60 ml Amarula
- 60 ml ginger syrup (see recipe below)
- 2 Tbs white chocolate ganache (see recipe below)
- Ice cubes
Directions

1Add the Amarula, ginger syrup and white chocolate ganache to a cocktail shaker, blender or closed container and insert a few ice cubes.

2Close the container and shake or blend until smooth.

3Strain into a tumbler and garnish with a twist of crystallised ginger.
