- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2/3 c. finely chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix together the flour, margarine and nuts.

2Press in a 9 x 14-inch baking dish and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

3Let cool. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 2/3 of the whipped topping and pour over crust.

4Prepare pudding with milk according to package directions.

5Pour over filling.

6Top with remainder of whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts.

7Chill at least 1 hour before serving.

8(Any flavor of pudding is good.)
