Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (14 oz.) container nondairy whipped topping
  • 1 (14 oz.) pkg. coconut
  • 2 pkg. instant coconut pudding mix
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix together the margarine and flour.

    Add the nuts and press on bottom of a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake in a 325° oven for 25 minutes.

    Let cool.
