  • 1/2 c. margarine or butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 (9 oz.) tub whipped topping
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 pkg. instant pudding (butterscotch and chocolate)

    Cut flour and margarine together like pie crust; stir in nuts.
