   Prepare cake mix according to box instructions.

   Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Bake at 350° until done. Prepare pudding by package directions.

   Blend with cream cheese. Spread over cake.

   Spoon pie filling over pudding-cream cheese. Top with Cool Whip.
