- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 8 oz. Cool Whip, divided
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (chocolate or butterscotch)
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Melt oleo.

2Add flour and pecans.

3Mix and press into 9 x 13-inch dish.

4Bake at 350° for about 10 to 15 minutes.

5Cool completely.

6Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip.

7Spread over crust.

8Blend pudding with milk for 2 minutes.

9Pour on top of cream cheese mixture.

10Refrigerate until set.

11Spread remaining Cool Whip on top.

12Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
