- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. white corn syrup (may use dark)
- 1 1/2 c. or more pecans
Directions

1Cream the butter and sugar.

2Add beaten eggs, flour, salt, vanilla and syrup.

3Stir well.

4Add pecans.

5Bake 1/2 or 3/4 hour. Start oven at 375° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°.

6Pie is done when it is firm.

7Do not overcook.
