  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tub Cool Whip
  • 1 small pkg. coconut
  • 2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 c. milk
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Cream 1 cube margarine with 1 cup flour and chopped pecans. Pat into a 10 x 13-inch pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°. Cool!

    Stir cream cheese with 1 cup Cool Whip folded in with

    Spread mixture over baked layer.

    Sprinkle with coconut.
