  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 orange bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 14 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

    Add worchestershire sauce and water, and cook over medium heat for 2 mins, stirrnig frequently.
