  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 large carton Cool Whip (13 oz. size)
  • 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • remaining Cool Whip

    Melt oleo; add pecans and flour.

    Press into 13 x 9 x 3-inch pan.

    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350° until lightly browned. Cool crust.
