  • 1 cup KRAFT FREE* Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, white part finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 4 firm white fish fillets King Sooper's 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
  • Steamed rice, to serve
  • 2 spring onions, diagonally sliced

Directions

    Combine the dressing, lemongrass, garlic, ginger, fish sauce and sugar in a bowl.

    Place each fish fillet onto a piece of foil and spoon marinade evenly over the fish.

    Enclose fish in the foil by wrapping and folding edges together.

    Place fish in a steamer and cook for 10 -12 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets, until fish is cooked.

    Serve fish fillets with steamed rice and garnished with spring onion.
