  • 18 14 lemon cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 14 cup water
  • 21 ounces lemon pie filling
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 12 cup butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

    Mix together cake ingredients until smooth; approx 2 minutes.

    Pour into a greased sheet pan.

    Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

    Beat the cream cheese, butter and powder sugar until smooth then add the vanilla.

    Spread on top of the cooled cake.
