Frances' Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, boiled, boned and chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of Cheddar cheese soup
  • 12 oz. pkg. vermicelli
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook vermicelli according to package directions, substituting chicken broth for water.

    Saute onions and green pepper in butter. Mix all ingredients together and place in large dish (2 smaller dishes may be used).

    Sprinkle cheese on top.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
