- 1 chicken, boiled, boned and chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of Cheddar cheese soup
- 12 oz. pkg. vermicelli
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook vermicelli according to package directions, substituting chicken broth for water.

2Saute onions and green pepper in butter. Mix all ingredients together and place in large dish (2 smaller dishes may be used).

3Sprinkle cheese on top.

4Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
