- 3 Boston butts (medium)
- 2 chickens
- 5 large cans tomato puree
- 2 1/2 lb. potatoes
- 1 1/2 lb. onions
- salt
- black pepper
- red pepper
- Tabasco
Directions

1Boil pork until done.

2In separate pot, boil chicken.

3Pour off broth.

4When cold, take off fat.

5Dice onions and boil them in chicken broth.

6Cut up potatoes real small and cook them in onion broth.

7Put pork and chicken through a grinder.

8Mix meat with chicken, onion and potato broth.

9Add tomato puree.

10Add pork broth as needed.

11Cook for a couple of hours.

12Keep adding broth as needed.

13Stir real often to prevent sticking.

14Season to taste.
