- 2 cups Sifted Powdered Sugar
- 4 ounces, weight Unsweetened, Melted Chocolate
- 4 whole Eggs
- 3/4 teaspoons Peppermint Extract
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Vanilla Wafer Or Graham Cracker Crumbs
Directions

1Using an electric mixer, beat together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add the melted chocolate and continue beating. Add the eggs and beat until fluffy. Beat in the extracts. Sprinkle half of the crumbs into each of 18 cupcake liners. Spoon in the chocolate mix, and top with remaining crumbs. Freeze until firm. Serve plain or top each with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
