  • 1 lb. frankfurters
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. diced onions
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese

Directions

    Cut frankfurters in half lengthwise, then crosswise.

    Melt butter in skillet.

    Add onions; cook slowly until soft.

    Add beans.

    Stir in soup and milk; mix well.

    Cook over low heat until it simmers.

    Fold in frankfurters.

    Heat until bubbling, then put in casserole dish.

    Put biscuits on top.

    Bake at 375° until shredded cheese on top melts.
