  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 8 frankfurters, cut in 1-inch chunks *
  • 1 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 4 tsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    In nonstick 9-inch square baking pan, layer half the potatoes, the onion, the frankfurters and remaining potatoes.

    In small bowl, combine milk, flour, salt, paprika and mustard.

    Pour over casserole.

    Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until hot and bubbly. Makes 6 servings, about 275 calories each.
