- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 c. rice (uncooked)
- dash of thyme
- 1 lb. frankfurters
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, cut in strips
- 8 slices bacon
Directions

1Cook rice in large quantity salted water; drain.

2Combine soup and rice in baking dish.

3Add dash of thyme.

4Split frankfurters; spread with mustard, then insert strips of cheese.

5Wrap with bacon.

6Place frankfurters on top of rice mixture.

7Bake in moderate oven, 375°, for about 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Makes 4 generous servings.
