  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1/2 lb. candied cherries
  • 1/2 lb. candied pineapple
  • 4 c. nuts
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs well. Mix with butter, sugar and flour. Drench pineapple and cherries with 1 cup flour. Bake at 250° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
