Baked Pineapple Dressing

  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve liquid)
  • 5 slices cubed white bread

Directions

    Grease small casserole.

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Cream butter, sugar and eggs (one at a time).

    Stir in pineapple and 1/2 can of the reserved pineapple juice. Fold in bread cubes. Bake one hour. Serve with ham or chicken.
