- 8 frankfurters
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/3 c. Minute rice
- 1/3 c. catsup
- 1/2 tsp. vinegar
Directions

1Brown franks in butter in skillet, adding onion the last few minutes.

2Saute until onion is tender; add water.

3Bring to a boil; stir in salt and rice.

4Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.

5Stir in catsup and vinegar.

6Makes 4 servings.
