  • 2 large potatoes, baked
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. crushed bread crumbs

Directions

    Quarter hot potatoes lengthwise and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese over potatoes.

    Melt butter in skillet. Add remaining ingredients.

    Stir ingredients until bread crumbs are moist.

    Crumble mixture over potatoes and broil until cheese has browned.
