Freda'S Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 box yellow cake mix (without pudding)
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 4 1/2 c. flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in warm water.

    Add flour and cake mix. Mix well by hand (doesn't need to be kneaded).

    Let rise until double in size, about 1 hour.

    Roll out into cinnamon rolls.

    Makes two 9 x 13-inch pans or 24 rolls.

    Put into pans and let rise until double in size again.

    Can be put in refrigerator for up to 24 hours, or can be baked at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Cool and ice with favorite icing.
