- 100 g cooked rice
- 1 carrot
- 3 chicken sticks or 3 sausages
- 1 egg
- 1 piece Anjou pear, laver
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon cooked sesame seeds
- 1 pinch sesame oil
- 200 ml vegetable oil
Directions

1Peel the carrot and boiled it in the water until half-cooked.

2Cut it into four lenghtwise.

3Beat egg, add a pinch of salt, fry with a little vegetable oil on frying pan.

4Cut lenghtwise.

5Deep fry nuggets or sausage until brown.

6Put a piece of nori on sushi roller mat.

7Add rice on it.

8Press the rice until cover the whole of nori.

9Put carrot, nuggets or sausages, and egg on one side of nori.

10Roll the nori to the other side.

11Press to make it compact.

12Coat with sesame oil.

13Cut it with 5mm width.

14Sprinkle kimbab with sesame seed.
