- 7 qt. popped corn
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 Tbsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 200°.

2Boil together for 6 minutes the butter, sugar and syrup.

3Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients; stir until foamy and pour over popped corn, stirring to coat all kernels.

4Spread onto 2 cookie sheets and bake 1 hour.
