  • 22 c. corn (approximately 40 ears)
  • 1 tsp. half and half
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cut corn off ears.

    Bake in oven at 300° for 1 hour.

    Stir every 15 minutes.

    Cool, package and freeze.
