  • 4 quarts corn
  • 1 quart water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Directions

    Cut uncooked corn off of cob to equal 4 guarts.

    Bring corn, sugar, salt and water to a boil.

    Simmer 10 minutes.

    Let cool.

    Pack undrained corn in 1 quart freezer containers or ziplocs for later use.
