Ingredients
- 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. Fleischmann's dry yeast
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
Directions

1In large bowl mix 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.

2In saucepan, put water, milk and margarine.

3Heat over low heat until liquids are very warm (125°).

4Margarine doesn't need to melt.

5Gradually add to flour mixture.

6Beat in electric mixer for 3 minutes, then add eggs and 1 cup flour.

7Beat at high speed for 3 minutes.

8Stir in enough flour to make soft dough.

9Turn out on floured board.

10Knead dough until smooth (about 10 minutes).

11Cover with plastic wrap and then a towel.

12Let rest for 20 minutes.
