Freezer Fruit Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes raisins (1 red, 1 dark)
  • 2 large c. red candied cherries
  • 1 large bag flaked coconut
  • 2 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large bag miniature marshmallows
  • 1 box dates (large)
  • 1 can Pet milk
  • 2 lb. English walnuts

Directions

    Melt marshmallows in cream over low heat.

    Mix raisins, pineapple, cracker crumbs, cherries, coconut and English walnuts. Mix well in large bowl.

    Pour milk and melted marshmallows over the six ingredients and mix well.

    Mold into a Bundt pan.

    Press firmly and freeze for 30 days.

    Let thaw in Kelvinator for 2 days before serving.
