Freezer Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • approximately 2 qt. sweet milk
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 2 c. sugar (plus 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour)
  • 1 or 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring (vanilla ice cream) or 1 small can Hershey's chocolate syrup (chocolate ice cream)

Directions

    In blender, beat the eggs; add sugar (with flour), evaporated milk, part of the sweet milk and vanilla flavoring (or chocolate syrup).

    Blend this well.

    Pour this mixture into your freezer tub and add remaining sweet milk up to the fill line.

    Stir after adding milk; assemble freezer parts.

    Add crushed ice alternately with rock salt.

    Freeze and enjoy!
