- 12 lb chicken, cut in chunks
- 14 cup water chestnut
- 12 cup snow peas
- 13 cup bean sprouts
- 14 cup celery
- 2 -3 teaspoons oil
- oriental-flavor instant ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions

1In frying pan, brown chicken until done.

2Add water chestnuts, snow peas, bean sprouts, celery and oil.

3Saute until vegetables are tender.

4Cook noodles and drain.

5Add seasoning packet.

6Serve vegetables over noodles and sprinkle with soy sauce.
