  • 12 lb chicken, cut in chunks
  • 14 cup water chestnut
  • 12 cup snow peas
  • 13 cup bean sprouts
  • 14 cup celery
  • 2 -3 teaspoons oil
  • oriental-flavor instant ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

    In frying pan, brown chicken until done.

    Add water chestnuts, snow peas, bean sprouts, celery and oil.

    Saute until vegetables are tender.

    Cook noodles and drain.

    Add seasoning packet.

    Serve vegetables over noodles and sprinkle with soy sauce.
