  • 2 c. chopped tomatoes (canned or vine ripe)
  • 2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1 large box strawberry jello

Directions

    Boil tomatoes, pineapple, lemon juice and sugar for 20 minutes.

    Pour into jars.

    Leave on counter for 24 hours. Refrigerate or freeze.

    Double recipe makes 7 pints.
