Freezer Peach Jam

Ingredients
- 6 c. crushed peaches (about 12)
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 5 c. sugar
- 6 oz. box apricot jello (dry)
Directions

1Cook peaches to soften and crush with spoon.

2Add pineapple. Add sugar.

3Boil for 15 minutes.

4Remove from heat and add jello. Stir until dissolved.

5Pour into jars with lids.

6Let cool to room temperature and store in freezer until ready to use.

7Makes 5 to 6 pints.
