Ingredients
- 1 gal. sliced cucumbers
- 8 sliced onions
- 3 strips sweet pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/3 c. salt
- 1 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. turmeric
Directions

1Mix cucumbers, onions, peppers, garlic and salt in large saucepan.

2Stir in 1 tray of ice cubes and let stand 3 hours (drain).

3Mix vinegar, sugar, mustard, celery seed and turmeric and boil 2 minutes.

4Pour over pickles.

5Bring to a boil and cool. Pack into freezer containers and freeze.
