- 7 small to medium size cucumbers, sliced thin with skin on
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
Directions

1Mix the first 4 ingredients together. Cover with ice water. Let stand 1 hour.

2Drain.

3Heat to a good boil the remaining ingredients.

4Cool.

5Add to cucumber mixture.

6Store in refrigerator or freezer. Best if not eaten for several days.
