Ingredients
- 7 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed (not salt)
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
Directions

1In large bowl, combine cucumbers, onion and salt.

2Let set for 2 hours in refrigerator.

3Pour off water.

4Combine vinegar with sugar and both seeds in pan and bring to boil.

5Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool.

6When cool, drain cucumbers.

7Add onion mixture.

8Pour syrup over.

9Refrigerate covered 2 to 3 days.

10Stir once or twice.

11Last day, drain slightly and put in Ziploc bags in freezer.
