- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 medium head cabbage
Directions

1Shred cabbage.

2Chop or shred pepper and carrot.

3Place in a bowl or pan that will be big enough to toss after liquid is added. Put ingredients in medium saucepan.

4Heat, stirring occasionally until sugar dissolves; bring to a slight boil.

5Remove from heat and pour over cabbage mixture and toss until cabbage shrinks. Place in refrigerator, covered.

6After it cools, put in freezer bags and put in the freezer.

7When ready to use, thaw out and put remaining in the refrigerator.
